Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS) Vacancy for Program Manager:

Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS), a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Agriculture, Climate change, livelihood, Good Governance, and Water and Sanitation since 2005. KIDS is implementing National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) support the project under Global Fund Program in partnership with Save the children and coordination with NTCC in 13 districts namely Rupandehi, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Dang, Banke, Bardiya, Pyuthan, Rolpaand NawalParasi (West) districts under Lumbini province and Surkhet, Kalikot, Salyan and Dailekh districts under Karnali Province.

Position Program Manager
Required No. 1 (One)
Duty Station Project office Butwal, Rupendehi, with frequent field visit in program district
Required qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree in public health and at least 3 years of relevant working experience especially in Communicable diseases or public health programs.
  • S/he should have a high level of leadership, coordination with respective stakeholders, interpersonal skill, program management, monitoring, and implementation as per the agreed plan.
  • Experience in planning, budgeting, financial management, and quality reports writing for donor reporting.
  • Good computer skills and ability to communicate in English and Nepali language both verbal and written.
